Flight Dispatcher (GCAA Licensed) - Business Aviation

About the role

Avcon Jet Middle East, an international business aviation company, is expanding and is looking for a GCAA-licensed Flight Dispatcher to join its team in Dubai. The position is full-time and involves preparing and monitoring flights in line with EASA/GCAA regulations and company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare flight plans and file ATC flight plans in compliance with EASA/GCAA regulations and company procedures.
• Monitor daily flight activity, including initiation, continuation, diversion or termination of flights.
• Liaise with maintenance, crews, civil aviation authorities and ground handling agents worldwide to ensure efficient operations.

Required profile

• GCAA Dispatch Licence (mandatory).
• Prior experience in flight dispatch (business aviation).
• Relevant experience within the business aviation sector.
• Willingness to work in shifts and in 24/7 operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
