Senior Inventory Support

About the role

Nathan HR Human Resources is hiring a Senior Inventory Support professional to support day-to-day inventory operations, ERP accuracy, stock reconciliation, reporting and inventory controls within a manufacturing environment. The role is based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and involves regular travel between warehouse and production locations.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily inventory activities for raw materials, packaging materials, work-in-progress and finished goods.
• Record stock receipts, issues, transfers, returns and adjustments accurately in the ERP system.
• Monitor inventory transactions and follow up on pending, incomplete, duplicate or incorrect entries.
• Reconcile physical stock with ERP records and investigate stock variances, preparing variance reports.
• Support monthly inventory closing, physical and cycle counts, and prepare count sheets and difference records.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports, dashboards and management updates.
• Maintain ERP master data (item codes, descriptions, units of measure, warehouse locations).
• Support internal and external audits and help improve inventory controls, reporting, automation, SOPs and work instructions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4-7 years of relevant experience; manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.
• Candidates from chemical manufacturing or similar process-manufacturing environments are highly preferred.
• Experience managing inventory across multiple production sites is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel between warehouse and production locations.

Required skills

• ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or Odoo.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS) and data analysis.
• Physical stock counting and cycle count experience.
• Attention to detail, analytical and communication skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
