About the role
Le Café LPM is a neighbourhood café that blends French Riviera spirit with everyday urban life. We are looking for a Floor Manager to own the guest experience, coordinate the team and ensure every shift runs smoothly from the first cover to the last goodbye.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate front‑of‑house staff, brief, train and motivate the team daily.
- Oversee the full floor, manage service flow, and ensure alignment with kitchen and bar.
- Maintain high standards of mise en place, table settings, cleanliness and brand presentation before guests arrive.
- Handle guest concerns calmly, turn situations around and follow up on feedback without being asked.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years in a supervisory or front‑of‑house managerial role in a premium or high‑volume restaurant.
- Fluent English; additional French, another European language or Arabic is a plus.
