About the role
The Floor Manager will lead the front‑of‑house team in a busy Dubai restaurant, ensuring high service standards and a memorable guest experience. This onsite position requires proactive problem‑solving and a passion for hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily front‑of‑house operations and maintain service quality.
- Lead, motivate and schedule the floor team, especially during peak hours.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen and management to ensure smooth service flow.
- Monitor dining area presentation, cleanliness and overall guest satisfaction.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Floor Manager, Restaurant Supervisor or similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, team‑management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to resolve guest complaints swiftly and professionally.
- Experience managing high‑volume restaurant operations.
