About the role
Qartuli is seeking an experienced, hands‑on Floor Supervisor to lead the front‑of‑house team in its Downtown Dubai location. The role combines active floor service with team leadership to ensure excellent guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Lead by example, taking orders and serving guests alongside the team.
- Supervise daily floor operations, maintain service standards, and coordinate with kitchen and bar.
- Train and coach staff on service etiquette, menu knowledge, guest interaction and upselling.
- Conduct shift briefings, allocate sections, and guide the team throughout service.
- Maintain cleanliness, table presentation and hygiene standards, and provide weekly reports to management.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant supervisory experience in Dubai.
- Strong leadership, communication and guest‑relations abilities.
- Hands‑on service mindset with the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Organised, confident and calm under pressure.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
Required skills
- Good beverage knowledge, including wine and bar service.
