Floral Designer – Resort Floral Operations

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island, the UAE’s first integrated resort slated to open in 2027, is seeking a Floral Designer for its Floral Operations team. The role involves creating and maintaining floral arrangements across public areas, guest rooms, and events.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and arrange fresh flowers for public areas, restaurants, executive offices and special events, following the Supervisor’s guidelines.
• Maintain the floral workshop, ensuring cleanliness, proper storage of flowers in refrigeration, and regular water changes.
• Support banqueting and large‑scale events, assisting with big‑scale flower installations.
• Assist the Supervisor in preparing large floral displays and handle any additional duties assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a 5‑star integrated hotel or resort, preferably with commercial floral work.
• Experience with large events, weddings or shows is preferred.
• Fluent English communication skills and professional appearance.
• Physically fit and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Western, Asian and Middle Eastern flower design.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Outlook.
