Food & Beverage Hostess – 5‑Star Resort

About the role

As a Food & Beverage Hostess you will be the first point of contact for guests at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island. Your warm, personal attention and thorough knowledge of the menu and beverage offerings will ensure each guest feels unique and valued.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests, providing clear information about menu items.
• Offer detailed explanations of dishes, beverage lists and current promotions.
• Maintain full knowledge of preparation methods and ingredients.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards when handling food and drinks.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a hostess in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
• Strong focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented mindset and collaborative work style.
