About the role

The Lana, part of the Dorchester Collection, is hosting a Food & Beverage Open Day to recruit passionate hospitality professionals for a range of positions across its restaurant operations in Dubai. Candidates will join a diverse, inclusive team dedicated to delivering legendary guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to guests in bar, dining and supervisory roles.
• Prepare and serve coffee, cocktails and other beverages to high standards.
• Take orders, manage tables and ensure smooth restaurant flow.
• Supervise staff, coordinate shifts and maintain service quality.
• Uphold health, safety and brand standards throughout daily operations.
