Food & Beverage Runner – Mediterranean Restaurant

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Food & Beverage Runner to join the opening team of Josephine, a waterfront Mediterranean restaurant at Rixos Premium Dubai. The role bridges the kitchen and the dining floor, ensuring guests receive their dishes promptly and accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Transport dishes from the kitchen pass to the correct tables quickly and safely.
• Verify presentation, table numbers and basic allergen information before delivery.
• Communicate clearly with chefs, wait staff and supervisors to maintain smooth service flow.
• Assist waiters with table clearing, resetting and preparation as needed.
• Keep service stations clean, organized and fully stocked.
• Support opening and closing duties, including cleaning and equipment handling.
• Maintain hygiene standards throughout all food handling activities.
