Food & Beverage Runner – Mediterranean Restaurant

About the role

We are seeking energetic and attentive Food & Beverage Runners to join the opening team of Josephine, a waterfront Mediterranean restaurant at Rixos Premium Dubai. As a key link between the kitchen and the dining floor, you will ensure every dish reaches the guest promptly, accurately, and as intended by the culinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver dishes from the kitchen to guests quickly, safely, and professionally.
• Verify table numbers and presentation before leaving the pass.
• Communicate clearly with chefs, waitstaff, and supervisors to maintain smooth service flow.
• Assist waiters with table maintenance, clearing, resetting, and preparation as needed.
• Keep service stations clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Support restaurant opening and closing duties, adhering to hygiene standards.
• Handle crockery, glassware, and equipment responsibly.
• Respond swiftly to operational needs during busy periods.
