About the role
Our Guest Service Experts create memorable dining experiences beyond simply serving food. They set tables, communicate with the kitchen, interact with guests, and maintain clean work areas, ensuring each transaction feels part of the overall experience. The role requires standing, walking and handling physical tasks while upholding safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables and arrange dining areas for guests.
- Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff.
- Interact with guests, serve meals, and respond to their needs.
- Clean work areas and maintain supplies throughout service.
- Maintain a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures.
- Uphold quality standards, uniform appearance, and professional communication.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food and beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
