About the role
The Food & Beverage Service Expert – Captain joins Four Points by Sheraton in Bur Dubai to deliver memorable dining experiences. You will work on the floor, ensuring guests receive attentive service from greeting to bill.
Key responsibilities
- Set and clear tables, maintain clean work areas, and handle supplies.
- Communicate orders with the kitchen, serve guests, and manage menu information.
- Move, lift and carry items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance) and navigate varied floor surfaces safely.
- Uphold safety, quality standards, uniform appearance and professional communication at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
