About the role
Join the W Hotels team in Dubai as a Food & Beverage Service Expert, providing memorable guest experiences while supporting the restaurant operations. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates who speak Russian and are eager to start a career in hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, ensuring a welcoming dining environment.
- Communicate orders and special requests between guests and the kitchen.
- Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and address any immediate needs.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, dining spaces, and service supplies.
- Read and verify menu information, assisting guests with selections.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance), and reaching overhead or below knee level.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Less than one year of related hospitality or service experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and handle physical demands of the role.
