Food Server – Friendly Guest‑Facing Role

About the role

Kitopi is looking for a courteous and efficient Food Server to join its fast‑paced restaurant team in the United Arab Emirates. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers, present menus and answer queries.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
• Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Check on guests during their meals to confirm satisfaction.
• Handle complaints or special requests with patience.
• Process payments (cash, credit cards) and issue receipts.
• Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas.
• Follow health and safety regulations and collaborate with kitchen and bar staff.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer‑service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high‑energy environment.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
