Foreman - Civil (Bridge Maintenance Project)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to lead daily bridge construction, maintenance, and rehabilitation activities. You will supervise site workers, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with engineers and subcontractors to meet project targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily civil works for bridge projects, including concrete repairs, structural works, formwork, reinforcement, waterproofing and general maintenance.
• Allocate manpower, tools and materials to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, method statements and work instructions.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers and subcontractors.
• Monitor workmanship, enforce quality standards and conduct regular site checks.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements and maintain proper housekeeping.
• Support inspection activities, rectify observations and maintain daily records of progress.

Required profile

• Technical qualification or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant trade.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Civil Foreman on bridge construction, maintenance or infrastructure projects in the UAE.
• Hands‑on experience with concrete repairs, structural works, reinforcement, formwork and waterproofing.
• Experience on UAE bridge or infrastructure projects is mandatory.
• Valid UAE manual driving licence.
