Foreman – Construction & Concrete Repair

About the role

STRUCTURAL is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead field crews in Dubai. You will oversee concrete repair, masonry restoration, waterproofing, and structural strengthening projects, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise on‑site crews while accurately estimating labor needs.
• Develop crew schedules and verify work aligns with plans and specifications.
• Prepare daily field reports, purchase orders, delivery tickets and speed memos for customers and internal management.
• Ensure safe, proper, and productive use of tools and equipment.
• Assist Project Managers in evaluating production rates and project performance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years in general construction, including at least 2 years in a Leadman or similar supervisory role.
• Proven ability to supervise up to 10 technicians with minimal subcontractor oversight.
• Strong commitment to safety and ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience creating look‑ahead schedules and working with construction documents.
• Effective communication with customers, crew, and project teams.
• Basic computer and construction math skills.
• Spanish/English bilingualism preferred.
