Founding Partner – CEO/CTO/CFO/CSO for Startup Projects

About the role

Hetbuy is seeking experienced entrepreneurs or senior executives to become founding partners for new venture projects. You will lead, finance, and build innovative companies in sectors such as fintech, legaltech, proptech, and more, leveraging the Group’s extensive regional network.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision and market strategy for the new venture.
• Secure first customers by personally selling the solution.
• Collaborate with the Group’s commercial force across Europe and the GCC.
• Work with the technical team to develop the product platform.
• Coordinate legal, administrative and financial structuring with the Group’s support.

Required profile

• Proven entrepreneurial mindset or senior executive experience.
• Ability to commit full‑time to the venture.
• Strong product vision and market knowledge.
• Demonstrated capability to acquire first clients.
