About the role
The Franchisee will lead local operations of YooKatale’s mobile food market in Dubai, combining on‑site activities with flexible remote work. You will ensure marketplace quality, drive brand growth and align daily practices with company values.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily marketplace activities, coordinate with vendors and ensure product quality.
- Promote YooKatale in the community, build strategic client and partner relationships, and execute marketing initiatives.
- Monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and report on sales, customer feedback and operational improvements.
Required profile
- Strong business management and franchise operations experience, including budgeting and performance monitoring.
- Proven sales, marketing and community‑engagement background with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Dubai and collaborate across cultures.
