About the role

Enclave Real Estate is seeking a French‑speaking Real Estate Agent to join its Dubai team. The position is commission‑only and focuses on selling residential and luxury properties to French‑speaking clients, providing personalized service and expert market guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on high‑quality daily leads provided by the company.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Deliver tailored advice to clients, building long‑term relationships based on trust and professionalism.
• Collaborate with the marketing and admin teams to ensure smooth transaction flow.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in property sales or luxury sales.
• Proven customer‑service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multinational team.
• Experience in the Dubai real‑estate market.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Fluent French (spoken and written).
