About the role
The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver memorable, personalized service to our guests. As a Guest Experience Expert, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out while creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the stay.
Key responsibilities
- Process guest arrivals and departures, handling reservations and billing accurately.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, providing information about the property and local attractions.
- Complete daily operational reports and maintain accurate records.
- Uphold the brand’s “Gold Standards” by delivering service with professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting items up to 10 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior hospitality experience required.
- Ability to work full‑time, on your feet for extended periods.
- Commitment to safety, company policies, and maintaining a professional appearance.
