Front Desk Receptionist – Hospitality

About the role

Join a leading hotel within the Accor network as a Front Desk Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out processes while delivering courteous service.

Key responsibilities

• Register and process guest arrivals, update information in the system, and issue room key cards.
• Handle guest check‑outs, cashiering duties, foreign exchange transactions, and night audit settlements.
• Manage walk‑in and phone reservations, and assist at the information counter, business centre, and safe deposit boxes.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve complaints, and liaise with relevant departments.
• Maintain front‑office cleanliness, monitor security procedures, and report unusual occurrences.
• Prepare daily arrival reports, room allocations, and special requests for the next shift.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of hospitality or front‑office experience.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
