Front Office Duty Manager – Russian & German Speaker

About the role

One&Only The Palm in Dubai is seeking a Front Office Duty Manager who is fluent in Russian and German. The role leads the front‑of‑house team to deliver seamless, high‑quality service from guest arrival through departure, ensuring the resort’s standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction are consistently exceeded.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily front office operations, including reception, concierge and guest services.
• Act as the primary point of contact during the shift, handling guest inquiries, complaints and special requests.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, service standards and health & safety procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences and timely resolution of issues.
• Drive operational efficiency by monitoring performance metrics and implementing improvements.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and service‑focused culture.

Required profile

• Fluent in Russian and German, with excellent English communication skills.
• Proven experience in a front office or duty manager role within a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
