Front Stage Supervisor

About the role

A prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Dubai is looking for a Front Stage Supervisor to supervise daily front office operations. The position is full time, based in Dubai, and pays according to experience and qualifications, plus service charge, accommodation, transportation and duty meals.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily front office operations, including guest arrivals, departures, room allocations, cashiering and shift handovers.
• Lead, coach and support Front Stage Agents, monitor team performance, coordinate shifts and maintain luxury hospitality service standards.
• Handle VIP arrivals, escalated guest complaints, complex service requests and operational challenges, ensuring service recovery and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor room availability, billing accuracy, upselling opportunities and Opera PMS transactions, coordinating with Reservations, Housekeeping and other departments.

Required profile

• Minimum 2-3 years of front office experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel, preferably with supervisory or team-leading experience.
• Fluency in Russian, Mandarin Chinese or Arabic is preferred, with strong English communication skills.
• Proven leadership, staff coaching, decision-making and complaint-resolution abilities, with excellent interpersonal skills and a professional presentation.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of Opera PMS, front desk operations, guest billing and room inventory.
• Knowledge of established luxury hotel service procedures.
