Frontend Engineer – React / TypeScript

About the role

Enhance is building a SaaS platform for personal training operations across gyms, trainers, and enterprise fitness operators. We are looking for a hands‑on Frontend Engineer to own and evolve the core web applications that power trainer workflows, customer operations, and internal tooling.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and ship production‑ready web features using React and TypeScript.
• Build complex, data‑driven interfaces for trainers, customers, and internal teams.
• Implement reliable routing, data fetching, caching, and state management with TanStack libraries.
• Improve frontend architecture, component design, performance, and maintainability.
• Increase release confidence through unit, integration, and end‑to‑end testing with Vitest.
• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, Backend, Mobile, Data, and Infra teams.
• Help migrate legacy functionality into the core platform.
• Participate in design discussions, RFCs/ADRs, code reviews, and technical planning.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional frontend engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in React and TypeScript and modern frontend architecture.
• Proven ability to ship and operate production web applications.
• Deep understanding of component architecture, browser fundamentals, HTTP, APIs, asynchronous data, and application state.
• Practical experience with unit, integration, and end‑to‑end testing.
• Clear communication of scope, risks, timelines, and release readiness.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑growing, evolving environment.
