About the role
The Games Room Attendant creates a fun and safe environment for guests by encouraging participation in recreation activities, providing information, and ensuring compliance with safety rules.
Key responsibilities
- Encourage, register, and schedule guests for games and recreation activities.
- Promote a relaxed atmosphere while enforcing safety regulations.
- Maintain and clean recreational equipment and supplies.
- Process payments for equipment rentals, activity fees, and retail sales using point‑of‑sale systems.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- CPR certification.
- First Aid certification.
- Any additional certification required by local or state agencies.
Required skills
- Operation of point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
