About the role

The Games Room Attendant creates a fun and safe environment for guests by encouraging participation in recreation activities, providing information, and ensuring compliance with safety rules.

Key responsibilities

Encourage, register, and schedule guests for games and recreation activities.
Promote a relaxed atmosphere while enforcing safety regulations.
Maintain and clean recreational equipment and supplies.
Process payments for equipment rentals, activity fees, and retail sales using point‑of‑sale systems.
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management.

Required profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
CPR certification.
First Aid certification.
Any additional certification required by local or state agencies.

Required skills

Operation of point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
