Gaming Accounting Manager

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a Manager to lead its Gaming Accounting team. The role oversees all accounting functions related to gaming revenue, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives financial planning for the resort’s gaming operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations for gaming, including revenue audit, cash management and reconciliation of gaming and non‑gaming revenues.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls and company policies.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for gaming operations.
• Analyse financial results, identify trends and recommend actions to improve profitability and cost control.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, providing documentation and explanations.
• Supervise, train and mentor gaming accounting staff.
• Implement and improve accounting systems and processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience, with at least 2 years in a gaming or hospitality environment.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and gaming regulations.
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
