GenAI Solution Architect (Russian Speaker, CIS Market)

About the role

BytePlus, a ByteDance unit focused on GenAI technologies and products for businesses, is looking for a GenAI Solution Architect fluent in Russian to serve the CIS market. The role works with regional sales teams to turn creative and business needs into scalable GenAI solutions, from C-level executives to engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with regional sales teams to identify, qualify and shape Video, Image and Multimodal GenAI (AIGC) opportunities
• Design and deliver AIGC solutions including text/image/video generation, VLM workflows and prompt engineering or chaining
• Architect production-grade GenAI pipelines using diffusion models, VLMs and LoRA/adapter-based fine-tuning, with orchestration frameworks such as ComfyUI
• Develop agentic AIGC workflows where autonomous agents interpret intent, run analysis and coordinate multi-stage tasks including retries and human-in-the-loop approvals
• Advise on model selection, cost and latency optimisation, and governance topics such as IP protection, content safety and watermarking
• Own AIGC POCs, turn customer feedback into platform requirements and support post-sales success to drive upsell

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with 5+ years in a Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer or similar customer-facing technical role
• Hands-on experience delivering image, video or multimodal GenAI systems in real-world or production environments
• Proven experience supporting enterprise customers in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) and the United States
• Russian business proficiency required for stakeholder management and client communication in the CIS region

Required skills

• Strong background in cloud platforms, GPU workloads and distributed systems
• Preferred: Computer Science or Engineering degree, expertise in diffusion models, VLMs and prompt engineering
• Preferred: experience building agentic workflows with tools such as n8n, and prior work with customers in media, entertainment, advertising, gaming, ecommerce and social platforms
