Key responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and upkeep of guest rooms, corridors, lifts, and pantry areas according to hotel standards.
• Maintain public spaces, ensuring they are tidy, well‑stocked, and presentable at all times.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, delivering timely service and resolving issues before they become complaints.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to uphold service standards and support a seamless guest journey.
• Adhere to safety, hygiene, and operational procedures in all housekeeping activities.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar housekeeping role within a 5‑star hotel.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient command of the English language.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile.
