Revenue Analyst – Hotel Portfolio

About the role

The Revenue Analyst supports the Corporate Revenue Management team in maximising revenue and profitability across the assigned Rixos Hotels portfolio. Based in Dubai, the role provides accurate reporting, forecasting support, market analysis and actionable recommendations to guide pricing, inventory and distribution decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly revenue reports and dashboards, monitoring KPIs such as occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and market share.
• Support the preparation and consolidation of hotel revenue forecasts, annual budgets and business plans, reviewing booking trends and demand patterns.
• Analyse demand and competitor pricing to recommend room rates, restrictions and inventory allocation, and evaluate group enquiries and promotional offers.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and destination events, reviewing channel mix, commissions and acquisition costs to support profitable distribution decisions.
• Support analysis of all‑inclusive packages, assessing revenue and contribution of different packages and ancillary revenue opportunities.
• Consolidate hotel submissions, ensure data quality, prepare analysis for revenue reviews and track agreed actions.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and understanding of GAS markets.
• Ability to build lasting commercial partnerships.
• Proficiency in German language.
