About the role

Join a leading 5‑star hotel brand in the United Arab Emirates as a General Housekeeping Associate (PFH). You will help deliver an exceptional guest experience by maintaining impeccable cleanliness and order across rooms and public areas.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform all operational housekeeping tasks while adhering to brand service standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and attractive condition of guest rooms, corridors, lift landings, and pantry areas.
  • Ensure timely handling of guest requests and order delivery.
  • Proactively prevent complaints and execute service recovery when needed.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to prioritize guest satisfaction.

Required profile

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar housekeeping role within a 5‑star hotel.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Previous experience in related hospitality functions is preferred.
