About the role
Join a leading 5‑star hotel brand in the United Arab Emirates as a General Housekeeping Associate (PFH). You will help deliver an exceptional guest experience by maintaining impeccable cleanliness and order across rooms and public areas.
Key responsibilities
- Perform all operational housekeeping tasks while adhering to brand service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and attractive condition of guest rooms, corridors, lift landings, and pantry areas.
- Ensure timely handling of guest requests and order delivery.
- Proactively prevent complaints and execute service recovery when needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to prioritize guest satisfaction.
Required profile
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar housekeeping role within a 5‑star hotel.
- Proficient in English.
- Previous experience in related hospitality functions is preferred.
