General Manager – Four Seasons Resort Bodrum Opening

About the role

Four Seasons is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the launch of its new resort in Bodrum, Turkey. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, you will be responsible for guiding the opening team and establishing operational excellence from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Project‑manage the opening of the 125‑room resort, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Lead and develop the operational team to deliver consistently exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee all aspects of the guest journey, from arrival to departure, maintaining Four Seasons service standards.
• Represent the property within the local community and foster partnerships that enhance the resort’s profile.
• Identify and drive synergies across the Four Seasons Turkey collection.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior hotel leader in luxury hospitality.
• Strong strategic leadership with a focus on culture, integrity, and quality.
• Ability to manage large‑scale opening projects and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
