General Manager – Luxury Beauty Lounge (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a prestigious luxury beauty lounge in Dubai. The role combines commercial acumen with operational excellence to deliver an unrivalled guest experience and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and manage a multicultural team of 20+ professionals.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, client retention and retail sales.
• Deliver an exceptional luxury guest experience and nurture VIP relationships.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory control and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety and labour regulations.

Required profile

• 7–10+ years’ experience in a luxury salon, five‑star hotel spa or premium beauty facility.
• Minimum three years’ senior leadership experience in the UAE.
• Proven track record managing teams of 20+ employees.
• Strong commercial and operational leadership capabilities.
• Fluent English; professional proficiency in Arabic and/or Russian is an advantage.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Zenoti, Fresha or Phorest salon management software.

What we offer

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from AED 17,000 to AED 25,000.
• Performance incentive of 1 %–3 % of quarterly net revenue.
