General Manager – Luxury FF&E & OS&E

About the role

We are looking for an accomplished General Manager to lead a Dubai‑based luxury FF&E and OS&E procurement and project delivery business. The role involves full P&L responsibility, strategic growth, and overseeing high‑value residential and hospitality projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assume full leadership and P&L responsibility, driving operational performance, profitability and sustainable growth.
• Lead and develop a team of approximately 50 employees across procurement, supply chain, logistics, warehousing and installation.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of luxury FF&E and OS&E packages, from sourcing to final handover.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with prestigious international furniture manufacturers, luxury brands and specialist partners.
• Drive operational efficiencies across supply chain management, inventory, warehousing, logistics and installation.
• Develop and execute a commercial growth strategy to expand the client base and secure new business.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience as General Manager, Managing Director or Operations Director in a specialist FF&E, OS&E or luxury interiors business.
• Strong understanding of the international luxury furniture and hospitality supply market with established relationships with European brands.
• Demonstrable experience managing complex supply chains, logistics, warehousing, technical installation and project delivery.
• Proven P&L ownership, financial management and commercial decision‑making capabilities.
• Experience delivering high‑end residential, luxury hospitality or branded residence projects.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
