General Manager – Luxury Island Beach Club (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the transformation of one of Dubai’s most exclusive island lifestyle destinations. This role combines luxury hospitality, entertainment, gastronomy and unforgettable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the repositioning of the iconic luxury island destination.
• Inspire, coach and develop a high‑performing management team.
• Drive operational excellence across all departments.
• Create memorable guest experiences that exceed international luxury standards.
• Develop entertainment concepts and exclusive events.
• Build relationships with VIP guests and strategic partners.
• Deliver strong commercial performance and sustainable profitability.

Required profile

• Previous experience as General Manager within luxury hospitality.
• Experience with premium lifestyle brands, beach clubs or luxury resorts.
• Strong commercial and financial mindset.
• Outstanding leadership and people‑management skills.
• Excellent English communication.
• International experience is highly desirable.
