About the role
A luxury nightlife venue in Dubai is looking for an experienced hospitality leader to run its operations and deliver unforgettable experiences for an international VIP clientele. The role covers venue management, entertainment concepts, financial performance and VIP guest relations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead all venue operations
- Develop premium entertainment concepts
- Manage financial performance
- Build VIP guest relationships
- Lead and inspire department heads
- Deliver world-class guest experiences
Required profile
- Previous General Manager experience in luxury nightlife or high-end hospitality
- Strong leadership skills
- International mindset
- Excellent English
- Commercially driven
What we offer
- Salary of AED 45,000 to 65,000 per month
