About the role

We are seeking an experienced hospitality leader to run a prestigious nightlife venue in Dubai, delivering unforgettable experiences for an international VIP clientele. The role combines operational oversight, entertainment programming, and high‑level guest relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all venue operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Develop and launch premium entertainment concepts that attract a global audience.
• Manage financial performance, budgeting and profitability.
• Build and nurture relationships with VIP guests.
• Lead, motivate and coordinate department heads.
• Deliver world‑class guest experiences consistently.

Required profile

• Previous General Manager experience in luxury nightlife or high‑end hospitality.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
• International mindset with the ability to serve a diverse clientele.
• Excellent command of English.
• Commercially driven with a focus on revenue growth.
