About the role
We are seeking an experienced hospitality leader to run a prestigious nightlife venue in Dubai, delivering unforgettable experiences for an international VIP clientele. The role combines operational oversight, entertainment programming, and high‑level guest relationship management.
Key responsibilities
- Lead all venue operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Develop and launch premium entertainment concepts that attract a global audience.
- Manage financial performance, budgeting and profitability.
- Build and nurture relationships with VIP guests.
- Lead, motivate and coordinate department heads.
- Deliver world‑class guest experiences consistently.
Required profile
- Previous General Manager experience in luxury nightlife or high‑end hospitality.
- Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
- International mindset with the ability to serve a diverse clientele.
- Excellent command of English.
- Commercially driven with a focus on revenue growth.
