General Manager – UAE Cash Management

About the role

Brink’s Global Services is looking for a commercially‑minded, strategic General Manager to lead its UAE Cash Management, ATM Managed Services (AMS) and Digital Retail Solutions (DRS) operations. Reporting to the Joint Venture leadership team, you will own full P&L responsibility, drive profitability, and ensure regulatory compliance across a fast‑growing business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial, operational and marketing strategies aligned with market trends.
• Lead the Joint Venture’s financial performance, controlling costs and maximizing revenue growth.
• Manage mergers, joint‑venture activities and partnerships with regional teams.
• Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with key customers, third‑party partners and opinion leaders.
• Ensure adequate resources – human, financial, technical – are allocated to meet business objectives.
• Oversee risk‑solution development, compliance with fiscal and legal statutes, and continuous improvement of service quality.
• Foster a high‑performance culture that encourages excellence, creativity and accountability.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in cash management, ATM services or related financial operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving profitable growth.
• Experience managing mergers, joint ventures and complex stakeholder relationships.
• Resilient, strategic thinker with excellent people‑leadership capabilities.
• Deep understanding of regulatory compliance within the cash services industry.
