General Site Superintendent (Offshore)

About the role

The General Site Superintendent (Offshore) will lead daily construction, installation and marine operations on offshore sites for Penspen. The position is based in the United Arab Emirates and Khafji, Saudi Arabia, supporting major oil and gas and petrochemical projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all on‑site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Manage installation and marine operations, including vessel logistics and offshore equipment handling.
• Supervise commissioning, start‑up and hand‑over phases to guarantee successful project delivery.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, monitor progress, and report performance to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or another engineering discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, with at least 6 years on large‑scale oil, gas or petrochemical projects.
• Proven experience in offshore projects, including commissioning, operation and start‑up.
• Previous involvement in an ARAMCO project is mandatory.
