About the role
As a General Technician at Hilton, you will ensure the safety, functionality, and comfort of our hotel facilities. You will play a key part in delivering memorable guest experiences by keeping every area of the property in top condition.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back‑of‑house areas.
- Respond promptly to guest calls and internal work orders.
- Perform repairs and routine maintenance across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and address identified needs.
- Document all inspections, repairs, and any issues requiring further attention.
