Global Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Global Finance Manager to join an international telecommunications group based in Dubai. Reporting to the Group CFO, this senior, hands‑on role will own the Group's financial control framework across more than 25 markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Group's IFRS accounting policies, including telecom‑specific treatments.
• Lead intercompany accounting, recharge models, cost allocations, reconciliations and transfer‑pricing support.
• Ensure intercompany balances are reconciled before Group consolidation.
• Maintain the financial compliance calendar across multiple countries and entities.
• Conduct regular balance‑sheet integrity reviews and challenge unsupported balances.
• Provide leadership on complex technical accounting matters and work with external auditors.
• Develop and maintain delegation‑of‑authority and approval frameworks.
• Own key finance controls such as chart of accounts, master data, journal approvals and segregation of duties.

Required profile

• Professional accounting qualification (CA, ACA, CPA) is essential.
• Senior finance experience in an international telecommunications environment.

• IFRS accounting and telecom‑specific accounting treatments.
• Intercompany accounting, transfer pricing and cost allocation.
• Financial control expertise including chart of accounts, master data and segregation of duties.
