Government Relations Manager

About the role

The Government Relations Manager will manage and maintain effective relationships with UAE government entities, ensuring timely completion of approvals, permits and regulatory requirements for BinGhatti Hospitality in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day coordination with Abu Dhabi and UAE government entities.
• Handle government approvals, permits, licenses, registrations, renewals and related documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of government requirements.
• Monitor updates to government regulations, procedures and policies.
• Represent BinGhatti professionally with government authorities and key stakeholders.
• Track applications, follow up and resolve issues promptly.
• Support business expansion activities in Abu Dhabi through required government processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Government Relations, Government Affairs, PRO or a similar role in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi government procedures and regulations.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
• Experience in real estate, construction or large corporate environments is an advantage.
