Graduate Civil Engineer – Building Structures (Emirati)

About the role

As a Graduate Civil Engineer in the Building Structures team at WSP, you will support key infrastructure and property projects across the UAE. The position is tailored for Emirati graduates, offering structured development, mentorship and hands‑on exposure to design and construction activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing technical designs, calculations, reports and presentation materials.
• Coordinate with multi‑disciplinary engineering teams throughout project life‑cycle stages.
• Support project documentation, ensuring compliance with UAE codes and standards.
• Utilise digital engineering tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS and SAFE.
• Attend client and stakeholder meetings and contribute to technical deliverables.
• Participate in team discussions, problem‑solving and creative design thinking.

Required profile

• UAE national holding a valid Family Book.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Strong interest in building structures, design, architecture or structural analysis.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
