Graduate Civil Engineer – Ground Engineering (Emirati National)

About the role

As a Graduate Civil Engineer at WSP, you will join one of the world’s leading engineering professional services consultancies, supporting key infrastructure and property projects across the UAE as part of the Ground Engineering team. This role is designed specifically for Emirati graduates, offering structured development, mentorship, and hands‑on project exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing technical designs, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate with multi‑disciplinary engineering teams across various project life‑cycle stages.
• Support project documentation and ensure quality and compliance with UAE codes and standards.
• Learn and apply digital engineering tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, and Plaxis.
• Support geotechnical assessments, site investigations, and interpretation of ground conditions under senior guidance.
• Attend client and stakeholder meetings and help prepare technical deliverables.
• Contribute to team discussions, problem‑solving, and creative design thinking.

Required profile

• UAE National (Emirati) with a valid Emirates ID and Family Book.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering.
• Strong interest in ground/geotechnical engineering, site investigations, or stakeholder engagement.
