Graduate Development Program – Built Environment

About the role

Surbana Jurong Group, a collective of problem solvers for the built environment, offers a two-year Graduate Development Program (GDP) in the KSA focused on engineering and infrastructure. It combines structured training, hands-on experience, mentorship and cross-functional rotations so graduates can build technical skills, digital fluency, business acumen and leadership abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Work on real-world projects contributing to live infrastructure, engineering and sustainability projects that shape cities and communities.
• Learn from industry experts in design, project management, digital transformation (BIM, AI) and risk consulting.
• Gain corporate consulting exposure by engaging with senior leaders and taking part in strategic business discussions.
• Take part in leadership development through workshops, coaching and mentors' mentorship.
• Follow a quarterly rotation schedule across business functions and specialist domains, with the option to complete one rotation outside the base station or country.

Required profile

• Graduates within the last 2 years.
• 0-2 years of industry experience.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage own time and workload.

Required skills

• Developed knowledge of analytical methods, tools and principles.
• Interest in digital transformation topics such as BIM and AI.
