Graduate Engineer - Maritime Emirati National

About the role
What if you could shape a career as unique as you? At WSP you can find opportunities to grow and do what matters to you. The Marine Infrastructure team in Sharjah is looking for a motivated Emirati graduate engineer to support marine projects.
Key responsibilities
- Support planning and design of marine infrastructure, including technical studies, calculations, drawings and reports.
- Assist with structural analysis and design of quay walls, jetties and breakwaters using engineering software.
- Provide technical support during construction, site visits and issue resolution.
- Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance throughout project activities.
- Maintain project documentation, progress reporting and stakeholder records.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects and project managers and stay updated on industry best practices.
Required profile
- UAE national with a valid Family Book.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marine, Civil or Structural Engineering (focus on marine infrastructure).
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in marine infrastructure projects.
- Solid understanding of marine engineering principles, design standards and construction methods.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD or STAAD.Pro.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
