About the role
The Graduate Officer will support the Strategy & Transformation team in executing strategic initiatives and business transformation projects, helping improve organisational performance and long‑term growth.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in executing strategic and transformation initiatives aligned with organisational goals.
- Support business analysis activities such as data collection, market research, and preparation of presentations and reports.
- Track progress of projects, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on process improvement, change management and operational efficiency.
- Help develop business cases, performance dashboards and management reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably Business Administration, Economics, Management or Business Analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
