Graduate Product Owner (UX) – 2027 Programme

About the role

Join Revolut’s fast‑growing product team as a Graduate Product Owner (UX) in the 2027 Graduate Programme. You will work on real fintech projects, shaping user experiences and translating complex problems into simple, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior Product Owners in defining product strategy, roadmaps and feature planning.
• Gather and analyse user feedback, market data and other insights to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering and Operations to move initiatives from concept to launch.
• Create clear product requirements and ensure smooth implementation across teams.
• Conduct user testing, iterate on features based on results and track progress.
• Present updates and outcomes to global stakeholders and incorporate regular feedback.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in fintech and product development.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, analytical thinking and passion for building customer‑focused products.
• Willingness to relocate to a Revolut tech hub (Poland, Portugal, Spain, UAE or the UK) and work on‑site several days a week.
